Here is today's workout post!  I will be doing upper body tonight at the gym but just had to post the booty moves I found thanks to leansecrets Youtube channel.

    • 3x10 reps
  • Laying leg lifts (ankle weights optional)
    • 3x10 reps 
  • Cable side bends (each side)
    • 35lbs. x 15 
    • 45lbs. x 15
    • 55lbs. x 15
  • Cable crunches (with rope)
    • 55lbs. x 20
    • 70lbs. x 20
    • 90lbs. x 15
    • 100lbs. x 10
  • Planks
    • 3 x 1 min.
  • Crunch machine
